Well done for finding the European ones, I'm afraid I chickened out on that.

Only one is in the native language of the country, and Italy's isn't even in the native language of the singer concerned..!

It's a very interesting mixture, isn't it.

I found it ironic that the only one of my three that I'd heard of was the Australian one.

Norway's seems to have been in Norwegian - according to norwegiancharts.com it was En enkel sang om frihet, by Gro Anita Schonn.

I hear you knockin and Voodoo Chile have both endured, but I'd not heard of most of the rest, including 'Song of Joy'.
