Frustrated with self

Firstly, I've only managed an hour's work today.

Secondly, I bought a new cafetiere, only to leave it behind on the bus.

Thirdly, instead of working on my book proposal, I've been listening to folk radio shows and following weblinks to artists featured.

I'm now off to watch Totally Doctor Who, which has calmed down a little although it does little to make me confident about the intellectual environment television provides for the nation's youth.
