I wasn't going to have a third night of late working in the office. Guess where I am now, however... And I have only myself to blame.
EDITEssentially, I'm sharing a dialogue with myself here. I love my job, except that I wish I was full time and was paid more, and didn't feel that I had to work twelve-hour days. Some of my full-time colleagues work at least 60-hour weeks. Another colleague who, like me, is part-time, has another job, more closely tied to our (formal) employer, which places her in a quasi-regulatory role, and she wants to raise the matter of our workload and pay, but I think the matter is in our hands - if we want to work fewer hours and not do as good a job, it's up to us. I'd be sorry to do so, though.
