Right, that's the references reformatted, the document e-mailed again, the files switched on the floppy disk and the hard drive, two copies of the paper printed out again, and the covering letter written. Except....

I now find that I didn't need to print out two copies, only one. That's a new covering letter, then. I'm confusing this book's requirements with those I send out to contributors at TGW. :(

It turns out that I was right the first time - and that I didn't need to stay up for hours reformatting the document. Still, the editor has two versions now, and he is going to get back to me with proposals for cuts.
