A Short Delivery from Camelot

Day three of the Winchester conference, and two days since I gave my paper. Mixed reception but generally favourable although some were puzzled as there is little familiarity with eighteenth-century British history among Arthurians. Arthur Pendragon was present on the first day - I bought his new book, and he led us in a Druidic grace at dinner on the evening. Saw 'King Arthur' last night - not as bad as I feared, but then I had to assume that any similarity between the film and any pre-exisiting romance, history or legend was coincidental!
