I havn't yet mentioned my acquisition of said cake, yea, verily of the kind that
pennypaperbrain has abjured. Unfortunately there is a lot of it, and I have been reasonably sparing. It's from a range of almost home-made cakes from a baker in Guildford which the Co-Op in Woodstock is now getting in, as part of the revision of their range following the merger of the Oxford, Swindon & Gloucester with the West Midlands Co-Op to form 'The Midcounties Co-Operative'.
