Time and Relative Dissertations - a further update

I came back from a few hours in Oxford to find that the books had arrived. There's a shocking tautological mistake on the front cover - 'Edited by David Butler (ed.)' but the red colourscheme works well. It's a pleasure to be in such good company, though.
